Kris Friesenhahn Freeman
President
Kris is a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX where she was a member of Lambda chapter. She lives in Cypress with her husband Tony and retired from teaching 2 years ago and currently works part-time taking care of all the technology needs of the Texas Foster Family Association. She loves spending time with her family, reading, and attending live theater. Kris is looking forward to working with a fabulous leadership team as we venture into a new Crown Connection this year!
Debbie Fitzgerald
VP Programming & Alumnae Collegiate Relations -Theta Gamma
Debbie is a 1978 graduate of Texas A&M University, where she was a charter member of the Theta Gamma chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha. Debbie began her teaching career in January of 1979 and retired in May 2011. Currently, Debbie is working part-time for CFISD. She has been married 42 years to Tom and has one son, Clay, two stepchildren, Travis and Kelly, and 4 grandchildren, Morgan, Meghan, Jackson, and Emily, as well as two dogs, Coop and Dakota. She enjoys hanging out with her zisters and volunteering on the Wine Garden committee for HLSR.
Claire Bonham Capdepon
VP Communications
Claire is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where she joined the Gamma Zeta Chapter in 2013. Claire lives in Houston with her husband, Rush, where she is a brand ambassador and sales associate for the Yuengling Brewery. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, reading and spending time playing with her corgis. This will be Claire’s fourth officer term as an Alumni.
Kari Brewer Robbins
VP Finance
Kari is a 1992 graduate of LSU where she joined the Delta Kappa chapter. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Jack, for 31 years. They have 2 kids, Katy and Dylan, and 2 fur babies, Cooper and Misty. Katy is a 2020 graduate from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and teaches Special Ed at Sprague Middle School in CFISD. Dylan is a 2023 graduate from the University of Houston with a degree in Computer Science. Kari has been with ExxonMobil for 32 years as an IT professional. She is excited about the new year and getting to see everyone!
Arianne Riebel
VP Philanthropy & Alumnae Collegiate Relations -Theta Eta
Arianne is a 2001 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where she was a member of the Theta Eta chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha. After graduating with her undergrad in Social Work, Arianne later received her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Houston. She is now a Licensed Master Social Worker and recently made a career change from child welfare to therapy. Arianne held several offices during her time at SFA including Treasurer and Judicial. This is Arianne’s first position within the Cypress ZTA alumnae chapter since joining in August 2019. Although Arianne doesn’t have any children, she spends a lot of time with her nieces and nephews.
Christina Raymond
Collegiate Recruitment Ambassador & Alumnae Collegiate Relations -Theta Gamma
Christina graduated from Texas A&M University, where she was a member of the Theta Gamma Chapter. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in December of 1995. Christina loved studying so much, that she pursued another degree in Nursing at Houston Baptist University. In 1997 she graduated from HBU and began a career at Texas Children’s Hospital Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This same year, she married her husband, David. For many years now, Christina has stayed home in Houston taking care of her three children: Riley, John David, and Christopher. Riley is currently a Zeta at Texas A&M University. Christina loves sharing her Zeta love with her daughter.
Alex Herrera
Website & Social Media, Alumnae Collegiate Relations Theta Eta
Alex is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, where she was a member of the Theta Eta Chapter. She graduated in May of 2017 with a BBA in Marketing. Alex now lives in Cypress and works at a custom home builder/remodeler as a marketing coordinator & purchaser. In her free time, Alex enjoys going to pilates and hot yoga classes, attending estate sales and shopping Round Top shows with her friends, and loves to watch Formula One races on Sundays.
Hannah Freeman
Crown Connections & Book Club Coordinator
Hannah Freeman is a recent graduate of Southwestern University, where she was a member of the Lambda Chapter and studied Math and Financial Economics. She now lives in the Galleria area and works at a software company as a Financial Analyst. In her free time, she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, going on walks with friends, and hanging with her zisters!
